Shanghai NorthGlass Coating Technology Industrial Co. or simply NorthGlass Coating is one of our business segments that focuses on the development and production of glass coating technologies. We produce vacuum coating technologies and many other coating application units that are suitable for construction, automotive, photovoltaic and electronics glass applications.
NorthGlass Coating has created dozens of patented technologies including vacuum coating equipment that was designed for the processing of large surface area glass. We have sold more than 20 comprehensive vacuum coating lines. In addition to these complete lines we have provided more than 500 end sockets that are used in vacuum coaters all over the world. NorthGlass also performs equipment relocation, upgrading and alteration based on specific customer requirements.
As China's largest supplier of vacuum coating equipment, we have invested around 200 million RMB into our research and development and manufacturing facility in Shanghai. At this advanced location, we have more than 200 highly trained professionals that are actively working to develop and improve upon glass coating technologies.
The most important aspect of the vacuum coating process is ensuring that the equipment is leakproof. The NorthGlass production base in Shanghai is equipped with large CNC gantry processing machinery that guarantees the quality manufacturing of these vacuum coaters and their accessories.
Mechanical Design: We employ highly advanced technical software to build 3D models for the sputtering unit of the vacuum machines. Utilizing finite element modeling technology, the software allows us to create simulated working conditions in order to fully optimize the design of the glass coating equipment.
Electrical Design: Our technicians are highly knowledagble and can help you with everything from glass coating line design and system integration to troubleshooting.
Coating Process: Our glass coating technologies have been consistently improving and this comes from our film system design capabilities and film testing and analysis equipment.
